Do you wake up feeling eager, excited and inspired to do what you love? Are you passionate about the work that you do? Is it fun for you

Or do you feel stuck in your job? Perhaps you’re wanting something more, but not sure how to get there. Maybe you know what you really want to do, but lack the clarity of how to make it happen. Or how about this one: I have no idea what I really want to do, but I know it’s not what I’m doing now.

Mondays don’t have to suck.

I don’t care what your excuse is. If you’re not loving the work that you do, you’re not achieving your full potential. You’re missing out on a boatload of happiness, not to mention a greater sense of wellbeing and the abundance that comes along with it.

A successful career isn’t about how much money you make. Yet, people who are most passionate about what they do are oftentimes the most prosperous. But true prosperity lies in the happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment of truly enjoying the work that you do.

When you love what you do, you’ll never go to work another day in your life.

Awesome career coaching doesn’t start with personality tests, psychological evaluations, resumé rewrites, or focusing on where you’ve been. Coaches who start there are for people who settle for average. It’s not about a canned approach, either. You’re unique, so why shouldn’t the process be tailored specifically to you?

Great career coaching begins with getting you in touch with your passion and inspiration. It starts with the question: How do you want your work to feel? I don’t care if you know the details of what you really want or how you’re going to get there. But with a little bit of focus, you do know how you want your work to feel, right? This is the perfect starting point for creating the career you really want.

Most people (and to be honest, most career coaches) go about the coaching process backwards. It isn’t about figuring it all out so that you then feel better. It’s about teaching you how to align with how you want to feel now, following your inspiration, and then allowing everything you want to flow easily into your experience. Then, the process of filling in the details along the way is fun. Almost immediately, you’ll begin to experience a sense of eagerness and wonder as pieces of the career you really want begin showing up in your experience with much less effort than you thought was necessary.

This career coaching process isn’t for people who are looking to achieve a higher degree of mediocrity. It’s for people who have a strong desire to do what they love and to love what they do. Whether it’s figuring out what that is, learning how to make it happen, or gaining clarity as to how to take it to the next level — the common denominator in all of these is a strong desire to feel good. Is that something you really want?

If so, I’d love to hear from you and help guide you along your journey to joyfully discover, align with, and excel in work that you really love.

I work with clients around the world.  So wherever you are right now is the perfect place to start.  What are you waiting for?  Get in touch today!
